Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Attorney for a contract to permanent role with our client in Charlotte, NC. Please note that hours may fluctuate in this role. Candidates may expect to work between 20-35+ hours per week.
The ideal candidate should have significant experience in real estate finance, with familiarity in LIHTC and bond deals, construction/permanent loans, and working with subordinate financing a plus. This role will have the ability to run transactions from beginning to end, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, coordinating with paralegals on title/surveys and checklists, and communicating directly with lenders, borrowers, and counsel. Attention to detail, commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential.

Job requirements include:
Strongs real estate finance experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to run transactions from beginning to end
North Carolina Bar admission
