Manual QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst with strong end‑to‑end testing experience across front‑end and back‑end systems, supporting integrated workflows from order entry through billing. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with manual testing, test planning, test execution, and defect management in an Agile environment, along with exposure to Selenium for test automation. This role focuses on validating system integrations within Agent OS and requires strong analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.

Must Haves

• End-to-end manual testing experience (front-end to back-end), with the ability to clearly explain testing workflows and system integrations
• Strong experience with test planning (test strategy, scope, scenarios, test cases, execution, and defect management)
• Functional testing: UI, API/Web Services, integration, and database testing
• Hands-on experience with ALM Octane, JIRA, and defect lifecycle management
• Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation
• Experience using Postman, SOAP UI, and Splunk
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
• Experience testing billing systems
• Proven ability to write and execute test cases and close out releases
