We’re seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Generalist to play a key role in shaping and supporting a strong safety culture. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day EHS operations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace
- Lead site inspections, audits, and compliance initiatives while driving corrective actions and best practices
- Manage contractor safety programs and support secure, compliant site access in partnership with security teams
- Oversee hazardous materials and waste programs, ensuring proper handling, documentation, and disposal
- Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific EHS procedures and work instructions
- Deliver engaging safety training sessions and oversee completion of required EHS training for site employees
- Design and expand EHS training materials used across the broader organization
- Coordinate Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and strong vendor partnership
- Support change management initiatives by providing EHS guidance for new processes, equipment, or projects
