About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Apprenticeship Program Administrator to support a military leave assignment. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination and administration of a large-scale apprenticeship program supporting over 2,000 participants. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Department of Labor (DOL) requirements while partnering across HR, Talent Development, and business teams to deliver a seamless and effective apprentice experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in workforce development, talent management, or HR program administration who enjoys working with data, compliance processes, and cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for apprenticeship program processes and compliance, including coordination with Department of Labor (DOL) and VA Benefit Administration
- Administer and support all aspects of the apprenticeship program, including participant tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Create, maintain, and analyze complex dashboards and reports (Excel-based)
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance with internal and external regulations
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, training teams, and external stakeholders
- Support program branding, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage documentation and contracts related to apprenticeship programs
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in program administration, HR, workforce development, training, or related field
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience managing documentation, compliance processes, and reporting
- Proven program/project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of military structure and veterans’ benefits administration
- Experience working with Department of Labor (DOL) programs or as a school-certifying official
- Background in workforce management or talent development (highly preferred over recruiting-only experience)
