Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their growing team on a 3‑month contract. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on opportunity ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to gain exposure across both technical and business roles.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll support 6 active requisitions (with additional openings anticipated), with a primary emphasis on Engineering positions while also contributing to hiring efforts for Product, Marketing, Managed Services, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You’ll play a key role in executing day‑to‑day recruiting activities and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end‑to‑end recruiting activities, from role kickoff through offer stage
• Create and maintain job postings, track requisitions, and manage candidate pipelines within Jazz (ATS)
• Source, outreach, and build candidate relationships using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct initial candidate evaluations and interviews, providing insights to hiring partners
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across technical and business teams to support hiring needs
• Maintain strong organization and communication to deliver a positive, well‑structured candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication
• Preferred experience supporting technical recruiting, particularly engineering roles
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple open priorities

Contract & Schedule Details

• Full-time, 3‑month contract, with opportunity to extend
• Hybrid schedule: In‑office one day per week (Tuesdays), other 4 business days would be remote
