A respected legal organization is seeking a Paralegal Coordinator to support the oversight, staffing, and professional development of a litigation paralegal team. This role partners with leadership and HR to coordinate workloads, assist with recruiting and onboarding, support training initiatives, and ensure efficient, high-quality litigation support.
Responsibilities include:
- Assigning and monitoring paralegal workloads and utilization
- Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and paralegal transitions
- Assisting with training, mentoring, and professional development
- Acting as a liaison between paralegals and attorneys
- Overseeing timekeeping, staffing data, and productivity reporting
- Ensuring compliance with policies and quality standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in complex litigation
- Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring paralegals strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of legal citation standards (Bluebook preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
