Beacon Hill is working with a Chambers-recognized mid-size litigation firm to identify a mid-level through senior attorney to join their nationally respected Government Enforcement & White Collar practice in their Philadelphia office.
This group represents individuals, executives, and corporations in sophisticated criminal, civil, and regulatory enforcement matters, including government and internal investigations and courtroom-intensive white collar litigation. The practice is known for its trial crediblity, prosecutorial insight, and strategic handling of parallel proceedings.
Competitive candidates will have the following qualifications:
- white collar defense, government investiations, or complex litigation experience
- prior prosecution or regulatory agency experience strongly preferred (private-sector experience not required)
- strong federal criminal procedure and advocacy skills
- deposition, motions practice and courtroom experience
- PA & NJ bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
- willingness to work across offices in Philadelphia/South Jersey
Compensation is market-competitive and commensurate with experience.
