Inside Sales Account Manager (Onsite)


Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join a high‑performing sales team in a fast‑paced, phone‑based environment. This role focuses on cold calling, lead follow‑up, account management, and closing new business while building long‑term customer relationships.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-time
Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour base + uncapped commission + bonuses
Estimated Earnings: $45,000-$70,000+ annually (top performers exceed this)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Day shift (No nights, no weekends)
Work Arrangement: Onsite


Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Account Management

  • Make 80+ outbound calls per day to prospects and existing accounts
  • Cold call, follow up on leads, and re‑engage existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships over the phone
  • Close new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals
  • Manage accounts using a sales CRM system
  • Ensure accounts are contacted on the required rotation schedule

Performance & Activity

  • Maintain high call volume and daily activity standards
  • Track interactions, follow‑ups, and opportunities accurately in the CRM
  • Bring energy, urgency, and a competitive mindset to the sales floor

Systems & Tools

  • Sales CRM database
  • Microsoft Office
  • Multi‑line phone systems

Qualifications

  • Previous inside sales, telesales, or cold‑calling experience required
  • Confident phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM
  • Self‑starter with a strong desire to earn commission
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
  • Goal‑oriented, competitive, and resilient
