Title: Citrix Architect
Must Haves:
Senior-level Citrix architect who can lead, not just support
Deep hands-on XenServer expertise
Proven experience leading VMware to XenServer migrations in enterprise environments
Has completed multiple enterprise-scale migrations and can speak to architecture, planning, execution, and troubleshooting
Strong enterprise infrastructure / virtualization background
Can work independently and communicate effectively with technical teams and senior stakeholders
Include Soft Skills: strong communicator, confident, consultative, able to operate autonomously, comfortable in high-visibility situations
Pluses:
Banking / financial services experience
Managed services background
Experience supporting large-scale, multi-year transformation initiatives
Broader Citrix stack expertise across CVAD / DaaS environments
