Beacon Hill’s client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney with strong trial experience. This role is ideal for a true litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including jury trials
- Draft, review, and argue motions
- Conduct legal research and produce high-quality written work
- Develop litigation strategies and manage cases through all phases
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver effective client outcomes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
- Demonstrated experience in civil litigation
- Proven trial experience, including participation in at least 5-6 jury trials
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience arguing motions in court
- Background as a former prosecutor (District Attorney’s Office), city solicitor, or private sector litigator preferred
- Prior experience with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office (pre-Larry Krasner administration) is a plus
