We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator to support front office operations in a fast‑paced environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers during evening hours, providing excellent customer service while supporting administrative and office coordination functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner, both in person and over the phone
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, providing information and directing inquiries appropriately in both English and Spanish
- Support front desk and administrative operations during second‑shift hours
- Coordinate visitor check‑ins, badges, and basic security procedures as required
- Handle scheduling assistance, appointment coordination, and basic data entry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay messages, updates, and requests
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier coordination
- Document visitor activity and front desk interactions accurately
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as assigned
