Location: Maple Grove, MN, Onsite, Monday-Friday
(facility location; may transition to Dayton site when it opens in July)
Duration: 3-5 months, open ended
Start: Immediate (ASAP – start Monday)
Employment Type: Contract, full time

Pay: $40-$50 an hour (Depending on Experience)

Beacon Hill’s client in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Recruiter to join their team immediately due to newly approved headcount and increased hiring demand. This individual will step in quickly to support a high volume of open requisitions while the organization continues a parallel search for the right full-time hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for approximately 10 active Engineering requisitions upon start
• Assist with general labor hiring, including supporting interviews coordinated with a third-party partner
• Operate with speed and urgency in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
• Extend and manage offers using Paycom
• Partner closely with the hiring team and take daily work direction from Brianna
• Support immediate hiring needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience
• Recruit with a long-term mindset, as this role is also being hired for potential full-time conversion

Qualifications

• Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Strong experience supporting Engineering roles preferred
• Ability to work at “lightning speed” in a high-volume, urgent hiring environment
• Comfort moving between professional and general labor recruiting
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Experience using Paycom for offers is required
