Law firm in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their office. Prior experience handling accounting tasks within a professional services firm is required. This is a fully in office role and the hours are 8:30am-5pm. Firm is offering competitive pay and benefits.
Requirements:
- Must be organized and have excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior law firm or other professional services billing experience required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus
- Knowledge of TABS a plus
This role will entail full cycle billing for 5 attorneys (not high volume, but must be very organized and detail oriented), light AP work, credit card reconciliations.
