Position Summary:
* The User Researcher collaborates with product, design, engineering and business partners to generate meaningful user insights while supporting thoughtful, well run research practices across the organization. This role blends hands on research with an interest in improving how research is planned, conducted and shared-helping teams work more effectively and responsibly with users.

Core Areas of Expertise:
* Contributes high quality research insights while helping maintain the foundations that support effective research. Their expertise includes qualitative research methods, study planning, synthesis and participant engagement, along with a solid understanding of the research lifecycle.
* They are attentive to the details that make research easier to run and easier to use-such as clear documentation, reliable workflows and shared standards-without losing focus on user needs or research impact. This role balances day to day research execution with a broader awareness of how research practices evolve and scale over time.

Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct end to end user research studies (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept validation) to inform product and design decisions
* Partner with product, design and engineering teams to define research goals, select appropriate methods and translate findings into actionable insights
* Support smooth research execution by contributing to established workflows for recruitment, scheduling, consent and study logistics
* Help maintain and improve research tools, templates and documentation that support consistency and efficiency across studies
* Translate research findings into clear, accessible artifacts that support understanding and decision making
* Maintain a library of reusable research assets, templates and best practices that teams can leverage
* Incorporate feedback and critique into both research outputs and operational processes as a natural part of continuous improvement

Job Qualifications:
* 3-6 years of experience conducting user research in a product, design or technology driven organization
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, Design, Research or equivalent practical experience
* Demonstrated experience planning and executing research studies from discovery through synthesis
* Working knowledge of the research lifecycle, including recruitment, consent, data handling and insight sharing
* Experience collaborating cross functionally with product, design and engineering partners
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present research findings and rationale to diverse audiences
* Interest in contributing to shared research practices, tools or standards that help teams work more effectively
