Sales Coordinator (Part-Time)
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our sales team on a part‑time basis. This is a great entry‑level opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, and staying on top of details in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the sales team
- Assist with scheduling, follow‑ups, and tracking sales activity
- Help prepare basic reports, documents, and sales materials
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts
- Keep records and systems organized and up to date
- Jump in on special projects and support sales operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of administrative, sales support, or customer‑facing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); CRM experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help
