We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of an affordable housing community. This role oversees onsite teams, drives leasing and financial performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and creates a positive, well‑maintained living environment for residents.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage onsite office and maintenance teams
• Oversee leasing, marketing, recertifications, and daily operations
• Manage budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs (Project‑Based Section 8, HUD, LIHTC)
• Build strong resident relationships and resolve tenant matters professionally
• Oversee property maintenance and operational improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of property management experience
• Affordable housing experience required (Project‑Based Section 8)
• Strong financial, budgeting, and operational skills
• Experience with property management systems (RealPage, OneSite, JD Edwards, or similar)
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Resident‑focused, organized, and proactive mindset
