We are seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Office Manager & Customer Service Agent to support daily office operations while serving as the primary customer service contact for customers. It is a hands‑on, on‑site position supporting customers, field teams, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service support as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, billing, and issue resolution
- Order processing and management in ERP/CRM systems, including order entry, updates, and status communication
- Proactive communication of order status to customers and internal teams
- Issue escalation to Sales, Finance, Quality, Logistics, or Account Management and tracking through resolution
- Export documentation support and customs requirements for international shipments
- Customer account setup in ERP/CRM systems, including coordination of credit approval
- Invoicing accuracy support in partnership with Finance
- Follow‑up on outstanding invoices and escalation of credit issues as needed
- Maintenance of accurate customer data aligned with company standards
- Office operations oversight including facilities coordination, vendor management, supplies, and reception
- Support for field teams with collateral inventory, sample kits, and onboarding logistics
