Real Estate & Commercial Paralegal

Role Description
This full-time position is primarily on-site, with flexibility for remote work. The ideal candidate will support attorneys with real estate transactions, commercial matters, title review, and document preparation.
Qualifications
- 5 + years of working experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Abilityto handle both residential and commercial real estate closings from start to finish.
- Handleper-closing matters, including but not limited to, reviewing the title commitment and clearing title requirements
- Handlepost-closing matters, including but not limited to, issuance of title insurance policies
- Assist with thepreparation of closing documents under the supervision of an attorney
- Record closing documents via Simplifile platform
- Ability to handle TRID loan closings from start to finish
- Proficiency with Word, Displaysoft, ALTAStar, and Simplifile
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and legal processes
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree
