Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a great opportunity for someone who likes high-volume work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be part of a solid team. The right Accounts Payable Specialist will be dependable, organized, and comfortable following through with both vendors and internal departments to keep things moving.
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will work alongside a team helping to support:
- High volume invoice processing
- Reviewing invoices and supporting documentation
- Coding invoices to the correct accounts
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and related paperwork
- Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records
- Reviewing vendor statements and researching discrepancies
- Following up with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues
- Supporting payment processing and related A/P functions
- Assisting with additional accounting support as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and organized documentation
This is a fully in-office opportunity in Vancouver, WA.
To be considered for this specific position, you would need:
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- ERP experience or exposure
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- A reliable, friendly, hard-working approach
