Lease & Real Estate Project Manager (Hybrid/Onsite)
Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a Lease & Real Estate Project Manager to support high‑volume real estate transactions and lease management workflows within a corporate environment. This role plays a critical part in coordinating lease documentation, tracking transaction progress, and ensuring accuracy across multiple systems and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate brings a strong project management mindset, attention to detail, and experience working with lease data, documentation, and multi‑property portfolios. This role requires the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, speed, and organization.
Position Details
Job Type: Part-time to Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $60-$65/hr
Schedule: Core availability between 9:00 AM-4:00 PM (flexible around a 30-40 hour work week)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Onsite (Atlanta corporate office)
Assignment Length: Through end of year, with strong potential for extension
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Lease & Transaction Coordination
- Extract key lease provisions and critical data points from agreements
- Input lease data into internal systems and tracking tools
- Support agreement preparation processes across multiple portfolio transactions
- Coordinate documentation across real estate, lease management, and legal teams
Project & Workflow Management
- Track and manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously
- Maintain visibility into deal pipeline and transaction timelines
- Organize high‑volume documentation across shared workstreams
- Support coordination of multi‑property and multi‑entity transactions
Landlord & Document Coordination
- Coordinate landlord documentation, including consents and estoppels
- Track document status and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Ensure alignment of documentation with transaction timelines
Systems & Reporting
- Update lease management systems and documentation platforms
- Maintain structured tracking within Excel and other tools
- Support reporting on transaction status and workflow progress
Systems & Tools
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Lease management platforms (e.g., CoStar or similar systems)
- Document management and tracking systems
Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in lease administration, real estate operations, or related roles
- Experience supporting multi‑property or portfolio‑level transactions
- Familiarity with lease agreements, documentation review, and transaction workflows
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail with ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
- Intermediate Excel skills focused on tracking and organization
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with legal, real estate, and operations teams
