We are seeking an experienced Data Integrity Specialist to support a short-term data integrity and contract management project in Deerfield. This role will focus on reviewing, standardizing, and enhancing contract records within the ContractSafe platform to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with established data standards.
This is a temporary engagement anticipated to last 6-8 weeks, requiring a resource who can quickly ramp up and execute with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Review all existing ContractSafe contract records to validate data completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Implement updates to support newly defined contract fields and data requirements
- Add and populate required data elements across contract records
- Rename document forms to align with established naming conventions
- Standardize records across the ContractSafe repository
- Archive documents in accordance with company records retention policies
- Support report development, including:
- Upcoming contract renewals and required actions
- Workload planning based on renewal timelines
- Deposit schedule reporting
- Upload, index, and structure newly executed contracts in ContractSafe using established frameworks to maintain consistency
- Execute project tasks in alignment with a defined ContractSafe project plan
