A global investment firm in downtown Boston is seeking a Temporary Business Operations Associate to support day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership in its Boston office. This role serves as the face of the office, owning the front desk and guest experience while ensuring a polished, client-ready environment. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30 and hourly pay is $24/hour with permanent potential!

Responsibilities include managing office logistics across multiple floors, coordinating meetings and events, handling vendors and facilities requests, supporting new hire onboarding, and managing complex calendars, travel, and expenses for Managing Directors and Partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in office operations or administrative support; strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Outlook); excellent judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail. Experience in financial or professional services preferred.
