Beacon Hill is seeking experienced attorneys with 3+ years of civil litigation experience for a litigation-focused role with a nationally recognized midsize firm in their Pittsburgh office. The practice centers on high-stakes trust and estates disputes representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and closely held busineses in contested matters tied to successions, governance and wealth transfer within a group that has recently expanded to meeting increasing client demand.
Associates can expect immediate, hands-on litigaton experience across all phases of a matter, from pleadings through trial prep, with direct client interaction on sensitive fiduciary disputes. You’ll join a high-growth practice that sits at the intersection of litigation and estate administration, offering meaningful responsibility in a lean, collaborative environment.
Competitive candidates will have:
- 3+ years of substantive litigation experience; T&E/probate a plus, but firm is open to well-qualified litigators committed to pivoting to this practice area
- Strong writing + courtroom exposure
- Great organization and ability to manage matters independently
