Essential Job Functions
- Greet and assist all visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor check-in and building access
- Answer and route incoming calls appropriately
- Provide in-person customer service support with a high level of hospitality
- Coordinate office requests such as:
- Business card and uniform orders
- Office supplies
- Customer visit preparation and event coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and external partners
- Support scheduling and calendar coordination as needed
- Maintain office organization, logs, and documentation
- Assist with general administrative and operational support tasks
- Demonstrate flexibility in supporting shifting priorities and office needs
