We are seeking a Receptionist to help on a temporary basis for a real estatement investment firm in the Norfolk, VA area – this is to cover someone who will be out on PTO for a few days
- Replenish/Stock Kitchens (k-cups, cups, lids, sugar packets)
- Mail Sorting (Ability to gather mail from lobby mailbox and follow mail guide + map)
- Answering Calls (the biggest responsibility)
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to locate personnel to direct information to
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook to communicate information
- Sign for packages, utilize Microsoft Outlook to message recipients regarding packages and instructions
- Create and send out UPS package labels if requested
