This position reports directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to jump in immediately and become a key part of a collaborative, hard-working team environment.
This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is comfortable overseeing multiple aspects of accounting operations across several entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Payroll processing and payroll support
- Heavy General Ledger maintenance and reconciliations
- Month-end close and preparation of financial statements
- Budgeting and financial reporting support
- Job costing and project tracking
- Property management accounting functions
- Audit preparation and support
- Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities
- Collaborating with ownership and internal teams to support operational success
