A boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of litigation experience with a general litigation practice, preferably including family law and/or probate and guardianship matters. The firm is seeking a self-starter and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage cases independently.
Responsibilities may include:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Managing case files and maintaining deadlines/calendaring
- Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, and hearing preparation
- Coordinating filings in state court
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
