Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a high‑volume, process‑driven HR function within a global consulting environment. This role is responsible for executing critical HR operations, managing sensitive employee data, and ensuring accuracy across standardized HR processes.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently while supporting multiple HR workflows. This role operates at a high level of visibility and requires strong judgment, data integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information with precision.


Position Details

Job Type: Full-time, Contract‑to‑Perm
Pay Rate: $31.25-$33.65 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite initially, transitioning to 2 days/week onsite)
Start Date: ASAP
Travel: <15%


Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Data Management

  • Support day‑to‑day HR operations across the Americas region
  • Manage and maintain sensitive employee data with a high level of confidentiality
  • Execute HR transactions in accordance with established SOPs
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance across all HR systems and processes

Process Execution & Ownership

  • Take ownership of assigned HR functional areas or projects
  • Follow standardized processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy in process execution
  • Work independently with minimal oversight

System & Workflow Coordination

  • Navigate multiple HR systems and tools to manage data and transactions
  • Coordinate across HR partners and operational teams
  • Ensure alignment between regional and global HR processes
  • Support system updates and ongoing HRIS initiatives

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with HR, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure workflow alignment
  • Support high‑visibility HR initiatives and operational priorities

Systems & Tools

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • HRIS platforms
  • Data management and tracking tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in HR operations, administrative support, or related functions
  • Strong attention to detail with a track record of high accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable handling highly sensitive and confidential data
  • Strong process adherence and ability to follow SOPs consistently
  • Technical aptitude with ability to navigate multiple systems
