Must Haves:
– 2-3+ years of hands-on experience architectural solutioning backend development design.
– 10+ years of experience of hands-on Java back-end coding.
– Strong cloud engineering experience deploying with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Ability to come into a dynamic team at a high-level and challenge team members, bring fresh perspective on technology verticals, owning and driving change.
– Ability to guide development teams from development to production/support to testing. Strong understanding of the SDLC.
