Copilot & Azure AI Foundry Engineer

We are hiring a Senior Copilot & Azure AI Foundry Engineer to lead the development of a next-generation AI platform. In this role, you will design, build, stabilize, and scale enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft’s Azure AI ecosystem. As a senior technical resource with expertise in AI architecture, MLOps, and orchestration frameworks, you will evaluate and enhance Copilot Studio agents to ensure they are scalable, accurate, maintainable, and aligned with modern Azure AI best practices.

• Optimize and refactor Copilot Studio agents for scalability and efficiency
• Modernize AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry and generative AI best practices
• Implement advanced RAG solutions with embeddings and vector search
• Build and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
• Design scalable, secure AI architectures and lead technical strategy
• Develop infrastructure-as-code and operational documentation for deployment and support
