Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a highly collaborative and technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support initiatives focused on improving technician productivity, optimizing operational efficiency, and reducing third-party vendor spend. This role will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate evolving business needs into actionable insights, metrics, and reporting. The ideal candidate is more technical than a traditional Business Analyst and brings strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and platform data extraction-particularly within ServiceNow and Snowflake environments. This individual must thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where requirements evolve quickly and where initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving are critical.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in a technical environment
- Hands-on experience working with: ServiceNow data and reporting and Snowflake Data Platform
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for business or product teams
- Ability to calculate and track ROI, adoption metrics, savings, and operational KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work through ambiguous or undefined requirements
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in discussion-driven environments
- Ability to move quickly, manage shifting priorities, and operate with a high level of energy and ownership
- Experience translating conceptual business needs into executable analysis and reporting solutions
