A growing Maryland firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join its highly regarded transactional practice.

The Opportunity

• Lead acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing matters, and development transactions from inception through closing
• Work directly with sophisticated clients and take ownership of deals
• Collaborate with an established team that supports a wide range of commercial real estate and business clients
• Build meaningful client relationships without the expectation of bringing a large portable book

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
• Experience representing developers, owners, lenders, investors, or closely held businesses
• Maryland bar admission preferred; D.C. and Virginia admissions are a plus
