Beacon Hill is working with a well-established Montgomery County, Maryland looking to add a talented mid-level Litigation Associate to support a busy, growing practice. This is a great role for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and first chair experience.
Competitive candidates will have:
- Solid litigation fundamentals
- Ability to manage discovery and trial prep independently
- First chair trial experience or readiness to step into that role
Law firm experience preferred; government and in-house candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
Experience with trusts & estates, real estate, construction and/or commercial litigation not required, but a definite plus.
Attorneys must be barred in one of the following jurisdictions: DC, MD or VA. Additional consideration will be given to candidates barred in MD and/or multiple jurisdiction.
This is an in-office position. Salaries for this role start at around $160K depending on experience. 1600 billable hour target.
