Our client, in the financial services industry, is looking to add a Marketing Enablement Associate to their team. This is a full-time permanent role and would require you to go onsite 4-days a week to their office in Boston, MA.
Must have experience Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Investment Services organizations to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering standard and custom reports while adhering to specific client mandates and deadlines
- Experience coordinating recurring deliverables, reporting cycles, workflows, or cross-functional projects
- Supporting Relationship Managers by responding to client queries, researching reporting needs, and following up on pending deliverables
- Coordinating reporting requirements for new products, tracking these deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Coordinating longer-term projects and initiatives including annual financial statements, prospectus materials, and board reporting
- Maintaining marketing data and analytics reporting
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-5+ years of related work experience, preferably within the investment management industry
- Experience with reporting, CRM, marketing operations, sales enablement, client reporting, or content management platforms
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Must be able to perform VLookup & Pivot Tables
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
