A respected Atlanta business law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (1+ years of experience) to join its commercial real estate practice. This is a hands-on role working directly with experienced partners on day-to-day transactional work in a collaborative, lean environment.
The practice focuses on traditional commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development. You’ll be involved in deals from start to finish and have meaningful client exposure early.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
- Strong law school credentials
- Strong drafting and organization skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia
