We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support and grow business within a defined territory. This role is focused on account management, sales execution, and customer relationship development, working closely with the District Manager to drive revenue and expand market presence.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in managing the sales process from quote to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the District Manager to grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling quotes, orders, and sales-related inquiries
- Respond to quote requests quickly and follow up to win business and understand market feedback
- Manage the full sales cycle, including quoting, order entry, and tracking through fulfillment
- Develop a strong understanding of inventory, pricing, and lead times to deliver competitive quotes
- Coordinate with production, plant, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities to increase sales and improve account performance
- Conduct outreach to inactive and prospective customers to generate new revenue
- Track and communicate daily sales activity and account updates to the District Manager
- Review sales and cost data to support profitability and margin management
- Monitor inventory levels and help maintain healthy stock while minimizing aging inventory
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in all interactions
- Continuously build product knowledge and market expertise to strengthen sales effectiveness
