Our client, an energy company is Houston, TX (in the West Houston/Energy Corridor area) is looking for a temporary Office Coordinator to assit their team. The dates of this assignment are from June 24th through August 20th and candidates must be fully available to work in that window. General hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm/4:30 pm. This is a great opportunitiy for someone looking to bridge a gap through the summer! Hourly rate is between 20-22hr.
Key responsibilities :
- Reception/front desk support (no phone coverage)
- Restocking office snacks and beverages
- Processing badge access requests
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Maintaining office organization and tidiness
- Managing office inventory and supply restocking
- Additional administrative support as needed
