Recruiter – Manufacturing & Operations
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Schedule: Hybrid | 4 days onsite
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract to hire
Duration: Approximately 5 months

Beacon Hill’s client is seeking an experienced Recruiter – Manufacturing & Operations to support a high-priority hiring initiative focused on U.S.-based production and operations roles. This individual will play a critical role in managing full-cycle recruitment efforts and is more of an independent producer.
This opportunity is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing a high-volume requisition load, brings a strong set of soft skills, and brings strong experience recruiting within manufacturing and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 20-30 active U.S.-based requisitions, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Recruit for high-volume manufacturing and operations roles, including:
- Machine Operators
- Material Handlers
- Production Technicians
- Assemblers
- Other production-focused positions
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, demonstrating strong communication, active listening, and sound judgment
- Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes
- Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize systems such as Indeed, SAP, and Oracle to support recruiting activity and workflow management
Qualifications
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience supporting high-volume manufacturing, production, or operations hiring
- Demonstrated success managing 20-30 concurrent requisitions in a fast-moving environment and the best candidate will have a pace that reflects that
- Strong proficiency with Indeed and ATS/ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, problem-solve, and adapt in a dynamic environment
