Senior Billing and Invoicing Analyst Opportunity- Contract to Hire- Salary up to $75K (DOE)
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing recurring, ad hoc, and credit invoicing
* Reviewing contracts and billing schedules for accuracy
* Performing billing reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
* Supporting collections, customer account inquiries, and AR activities
* Maintaining customer billing data within ERP systems
* Partnering with sales, operations, and finance teams
* Assisting with process improvements, workflow enhancements, and system integrations
Ideal candidates will have:
* 3+ years of billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
