A growing boutique litigation firm in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a litigation associate with 5+ years of experience to handle a sophisticated mix of business disputes, employment litigation, trade secret and non-compete matters, workplace investigations, and other complex civil litigation throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.

What You’ll Handle
- Business and commercial disputes
- Employment litigation and counseling
- Trade secret and restrictive covenant matters
- Contract disputes
- Workplace investigations
- Civil litigation in state and federal courts across the DMV
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management skills
- Federal and/or state court experience
- Excellent legal writing abilities
- Ability to manage matters with increasing independence
Employment law experience is helpful but not required.
The firm is open to experienced litigators from a variety of backgrounds, including commercial litigation, insurance defense, government practice, and other civil litigation disciplines.
Bar Admissions
DC and/or Maryland admission strongly preferred.
Virginia admission is welcomed but not required if eligible to obtain admission.
Location
Fairfax, Virginia (Hybrid)
This position requires regular in-office collaboration and is not fully remote.
