A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support complex, high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, finance)
- Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
- Draft transaction documents including purchase agreements, loan documents, and closing materials
- Prepare title and survey objection letters and track resolutions
- Coordinate multi-party closings, including checklists, execution packages, and closing binders
- Liaise directly with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Form and maintain legal entities (LLCs, corporations, partnerships)
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience (law firm required)
- Strong background in title & survey review (required)
- Experience managing complex, multi-state closings (required)
- Excellent communication skills and proactive stakeholder management
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ideal Candidate:
- Big law experience preferred
- Strong communicator who keeps attorneys and stakeholders informed
- Self-starter with strong ownership, judgment, and ability to anticipate deal needs
