Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a high level of service for internal teams and external clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room usage
  • Provide front-office support and maintain a professional client-facing presence
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
  • Assist with new client onboarding and administrative documentation
  • Support various administrative projects and general office operations

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Fully onsite position in a professional office setting
  • Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
