Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a high level of service for internal teams and external clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room usage
- Provide front-office support and maintain a professional client-facing presence
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders as needed
- Assist with new client onboarding and administrative documentation
- Support various administrative projects and general office operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset
Work Environment & Schedule
- Fully onsite position in a professional office setting
- Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
