Temporary Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Location: Beverly, MA (fully onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Comp: $45/hr | $80-100K + conversion potential
Type: Temporary-to-hire (ASAP start)
A growing Boston-area investment firm is seeking a polished and highly organized Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role blends high-level executive support with hands-on office management in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide seamless calendar, travel, and expense support to senior leadership
- Track projects, coordinate meetings, and manage follow-ups/action items
- Assist with both corporate initiatives and occasional personal support needs
- Serve as the face of the office, greeting visitors and maintaining a polished environment
- Oversee office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and daily lunch program
- Support internal events, meetings, and ad hoc projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-8+ years of executive support and/or office management experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication style with discretion and sound judgment
- Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Apple products
