Accounts Receivable Lead (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: On-site (Mount Laurel, NJ)
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Our success depends on strong financial operations, and we’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our billing and collections process.

Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Lead will manage the AR process, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate records. This is a contract-to-hire role with strong potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume environments and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing and collections.
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
  • Prepare AR reports for management and assist with month-end close.
  • Mentor and guide AR team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience; leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively.
