Accounts Receivable Lead (Contract-to-Hire)
Location: On-site (Mount Laurel, NJ)
Salary Range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually

Our success depends on strong financial operations, and we’re looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our billing and collections process.
Position Overview:
The Accounts Receivable Lead will manage the AR process, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate records. This is a contract-to-hire role with strong potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume environments and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing and collections.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing issues.
- Prepare AR reports for management and assist with month-end close.
- Mentor and guide AR team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience; leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AR processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities effectively.
