Contracts Administrator (Procurement & Supply Chain) – Long-Term Contract Opportunity

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Contracts Administrators to support a large-scale procurement and supply chain contracting initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in contract administration, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes. Candidates should be comfortable working within established contracting workflows while supporting data harmonization, clause standardization, and contract review activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate procurement, vendor, supplier, and supply chain agreements.
- Support end-to-end contract lifecycle management activities within a CLM platform.
- Assist with contract migration, data harmonization, and metadata validation efforts.
- Update and maintain clause libraries, templates, and standardized contracting language.
- Review agreements for adherence to company policies, approved terms, and contracting standards.
- Partner with procurement, supply chain, legal, and business stakeholders to facilitate contract execution.
- Track contract status, approvals, and workflow progression through the CLM system.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support contracting best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience administering procurement, vendor, supplier, or commercial agreements.
- Hands-on experience with contract review, redlining, and negotiation support.
- Experience working within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
- Strong understanding of contract metadata, governance, and contracting workflows.
- Experience supporting contract migration, remediation, or data harmonization initiatives.
- Familiarity with clause libraries, template management, and contract standardization projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high volume of agreements in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale CLM implementations or transformation projects.
- Background working with procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or legal operations teams.
- Advanced knowledge of contract reporting, workflow management, and process optimization.
