Responsibilities
- Develop operating and recovery plans to support production schedules and program milestones
- Build and maintain models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze production data, trends, and performance metrics
- Apply Lean and Industrial Engineering methodologies to improve schedule performance, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Manage project scope, cost, and timelines while conducting risk analysis using tools such as WBS, precedence networks, and resource planning
- Analyze and optimize value streams, including capacity, throughput, workflow, and logistics
- Support cross-functional teams by coordinating with multiple departments to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Collect and analyze data in manufacturing or production environments to identify opportunities for process optimization and resource utilization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience applying engineering methods such as statistical analysis, simulations, or operations research
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, databases, or similar software
- Ability to manage projects and perform risk analysis using standard project management techniques
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
