Recruiter

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring efforts across technical and production-related roles. This position plays a key role in partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and secure top talent, particularly within engineering and skilled manufacturing environments.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple requisitions while maintaining strong communication with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, and align on hiring strategies
• Source and recruit talent for mid- to high-skill roles, including technicians, production team leads, and engineering positions (quality, mechanical, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical and manufacturing-related positions
• Coordinate interview scheduling and provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates on candidate progress and market insights
• Screen candidates for technical competencies, including experience with PLCs, machinery, and production environments
• Track candidate activity and ensure accurate documentation within ATS/CRM systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support hiring goals and improve recruiting processes
