Position Overview
Our client is seeking an Accounting Specialist. This individual will serve as the sole support person for this function and will report directly to the hiring manager. The role requires a hands-on accounting professional comfortable managing both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable responsibilities, along with month-end support.
Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable processes, specifically related to custodial payment services
- Handle full-cycle Accounts Receivable responsibilities
- Assist with month-end close activities and reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Utilize Excel for reporting, tracking, and reconciliation purposes
