We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, and recruitment support. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and management while helping to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general employment questions
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation and documentation
- Support employee relations matters and partner with management to resolve workplace concerns
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and eligibility questions
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
- Process personnel changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations
- Support performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training programs
- Assist with payroll-related inquiries and collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accuracy
- Track and maintain HR metrics, reports, and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
