Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, policy implementation, and recruitment support. This role will serve as a key resource for employees and management while helping to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general employment questions
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including new hire orientation and documentation
  • Support employee relations matters and partner with management to resolve workplace concerns
  • Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and eligibility questions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers
  • Process personnel changes, including promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations
  • Support performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training programs
  • Assist with payroll-related inquiries and collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accuracy
  • Track and maintain HR metrics, reports, and compliance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
