Human Resource Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. This role will assist with onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance activities while serving as a primary resource for employee questions and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general employment inquiries.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and system setup.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollment activities, and employee questions regarding eligibility and coverage.
  • Support recruiting efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation.
  • Process employee status changes, including new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation updates, and terminations.
  • Track employee leave requests, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Assist with payroll-related data entry and employee inquiries while partnering with payroll to ensure timely and accurate processing.
